Greeted by a rude security guy, then informed at 21:30 on arrival at the bar that all cocktails needed to be selected and poured before 10pm….before the music was cut and yet another bouncer decided to announce that everyone need to 'drink up and leave' because there was a private party and that it was a 'gay' party….implying that nobody would want to stay. There was a large party of business types in there last night, representative of diversity in London all having a good time…I overheard that they had spent £75 on a voucher only to have the party cut short with no prior warning. My friend had bought us a voucher and we certainly didn't feel welcome or as if we had a good deal. Bad form Miabella. Happy to post another negative review to add to the rest! Just a shame we didn't check the reviews first. Hoping this will warn others off because if you want a hostile night with shocking customer service and a discriminative culture, this is where it's at.
