I come to this place for a tea dance organised for disabled people every Friday morning. Some of the staff who work there (serve lunch to disabled) behave in a terrible manner. They tell people off, raise their voice at customers or sometimes even shout at them for very silly reasons. I was shouted at, because I binned used tissues from a plate and one of the ladies came to me and started shouting that this is not a bin for food). First of all I binned tissues only. Even if I binned food there was no sign to say this wasn't a bin for food waste. She shouted me for no reason. I don't know who the hell this woman thinks she is. Behaving like this in front of disabled people on top of that? Many of disabled people are sensitive to nervous situations, but she doesn't seem taking them into consideration. I would never go back to this place ever again if I didn't have to.
