Situated in the heart of Speyside, The Balvenie has been pioneering the production of single malt whisky since 1982 and prides itself on centuries of old tradition and craftmanship. It remains the only distillery in Scotland that continues to grow its own barley and utilise traditional floor maltings.
It is this dedication to honouring the old ways and a driving passion for detail that has earned this award-winning whisky worldwide recognition. So when the opportunity arose to host an evening with The Balvenie, it was a no-brainer!
Our Executive Chef, Marcus Eaves, and Alwynne Gwilt of The Balvenie have collaborated to design a bespoke, never-to-be-repeated autumn inspired menu to mark the special occasion. Each course has been carefully and imaginatively crafted to complement the perfect expression of The Balvenie Single Barrel range.
