***The Ornsteins***

The Ornsteins are the new project by Joseph Groves, formerly of Let's Kill Janice and Holy Stain. Sometimes taking the form of a one-man band and sometimes accompanied by friends, The Ornsteins blend the electronic grooves of Lotus Plaza and The Beta Band with the all-out pop sensibilities of Pavement and Super Furry Animals, with a firm focus on simplicity and repetition.

Bright Smoke is a songwriter and multi-instrumentalist crossing over various genres including indie, psych and folk. Having performed for over a decade, her live performances are becoming more intricate and dynamic as she continues to experiment with her sound.
