This is an after-party for Hyper Japan at Olympia. It features performers from the festival plus idol artist Mioenergy. This will be at Notting Hill arts club, so not too far from the main event. Tickets: £10 pre sale
Mika Kobayashi
Singer song-writer and vocalist who sings a number of theme songs for anime and games, Including The Promised Neverland, Attack on Titan (Shingeki no Kyojin), Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress, Gundam UC, Aldonoa Zero, FINAL FANTASY XI, Xenoblade X, Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen, and more.

Kamui
Kamui are a troupe of “SAMURAI Artists” who merged a beauty of form, acting, and martial arts. Shimaguchi choreographed the sword-fighting scenes and instructed actors in a Quentin Tarantinoʼ s movie “KILL BILL Vol. 1” (he also appeared in the movie as Crazy 88ʼ s “MIKI” ).

Hide Takemoto
Be ready for a breathtaking set from Hide Takemoto. Classically trained in Japan and at the prestigious Guildhall School of Music in London, Hidè epitomises the tradition, compounding classical literacy and the finger-style artistry.
Hidè’s ‘magic fingers’ blends Indian, Spanish, Celtic, Japanese, blues, pop, rock, heavy metal on his guitar.
As a composer, Hidè has written a lot of music including working with American calligrapher Thomas Ingmire’s and ‘My Gentle Roses’ for Duo Ueda, which was published on Gendai Guitar magazine in January 2020.
