About this Event

Cute Cute Death (Headliner)

Cute Cute Death was formed after drummer Wayne Kopman and guitarist Johnny Correia relocated to London from JHB South Africa. They then found vocalist Niko Foster. After multiple line-up changes the band was formed under the name Set The Air On Fire with additions Ricky Gurung on guitar, Robert Pipe on Bass. Playing a multitude of shows around UK with bands such as Broadway (USA), Atlantis, Flood of Red and Rival State. Aiming to fuse catchy anthemic vocals with heavy energetic, edgy guitar riffs… We want to massage you into an aural awakening , then rip your face off.

Such Strange Arts

Formed in 2011, Such Strange Arts deliver catchy pop-punk with an energetic live show. Having played extensively throughout the south of England at many prestigious venues (such as O2 Academy2 Islington, Chinnerys and The Square to name a few) and now playing shows more widely across the UK, they are building a strong and loyal fan base! The debut EP 'Our Time Is Now' was released in October 2012 and received a lot of positive feedback, along with the following single 'Goodnight'. Having been featured in Kerrang! magazine, SSA worked closely with Jake Pitts of the notorious Black Veil Brides, who has mixed and mastered the single ’There’s A Hole In Your Logic, Dear Liza' that has been released worldwide digitally. Following a line up change and extensive gigging the latest EP 'More Than We Know' (and accompanying single 'Secret') was released to widespread positive reviews. The band have just signed a record deal with Standby Records (Black Veil Brides) and will be releasing their brand new record in early 2016.

A Promise To Forget

A Promise To Forget are a Rock / Alternative band formed in Birmingham early 2012. Fusing Modern British Rock with Pop-Punk and Dark Alternative styles provides them with a new unique style. Taking a vital interest in making sure they put the on the greatest performance they possibly can, pushing themselves at every show, while still maintaining the brilliant sound they crave, A Promise To Forget are definitely a band to keep your eye on.

Review: "Opening tonights proceedings are Birmingham Home-Grown A Promise To Forget who have room to flourish. Their dark punk sound seems ill-fitting for a heavier show but they prove themselves time again with some promising new material with opening song "Dark Wings"...
