Shocking service & attitude,me & my husband got married here 15yrs ago when it was the Assembly Rooms, we went back to the now Bonbar (29/03/18) to have a drink to celebrate our anniversary,at the same time we got married, there was a business function on, we explained why we were there and read moreShocking service & attitude,me & my husband got married here 15yrs ago when it was the Assembly Rooms, we went back to the now Bonbar (29/03/18) to have a drink to celebrate our anniversary,at the same time we got married, there was a business function on, we explained why we were there and were happy to even sit outside with a glass of champagne,as all we wanted to do was toast our 15yrs of married life (quite a achievement these days) but the woman on the desk actually shoo’d us away, she was so rude and her attitude stunk, such a sad state of affairs when a big money hungry company can’t see the sentiment in sparing 2 glasses of champagne (we didn’t want them free) to a couple who only wanted to renew a special moment.

Loved this bar lovely atmosphere modern and lush decor drinks really good choice we had rowntree fruit cocktail very good all in all very good place to go will be back
