The Best Places in London to watch the Euros this Summer
Euro 2020 (taking place in 2021, for obvious reasons) is coming up, and after a long season of watching games at home on Amazon Prime with the noise of the crowds superimposed onto the streams, we’re more than ready to be back in the thick of it.
It feels like everyone is talking about it. Can Wales reproduce their legendary Euro 2016 semi-final? Will England replicate their unforgettable but ultimately unsuccessful World Cup performance in 2018? How will Scotland do in their first major tournament of the century? We can’t know for sure – but we’re sure as hell gonna be watching every second of it - preferably at one of the pubs below, with pint in hand and maybe a cheeky burger whilst we’re at it…
1. Skylight, Wapping
Skylight is definitely one of the most extra places to catch the game, but why not go the extra mile? After all, it has been two years now since the last one. Skylight is collaborating with Budweiser, offering three exciting ways to watch with your mates in tow; their rooftop venue will feature a gigantic screen with a capacity of 600 guests at once to watch all the games live. Additional screens will be positioned throughout the venue to ensure you won’t miss a second when it’s your turn to get a round in.

2. BOXPARK, Various
London’s BOXPARKs are a familiar sight for most Londoners. With locations in Wembley, Shoreditch, and Croydon, BOXPARKs are places to eat, shop, drink – and most importantly, watch the football. BOXPARK went viral back in 2018 when the World Cup was on, and we can’t wait to see what shenanigans they have in store for us this year. Restrictions on live screenings will be in place at our Wembley venue due to, y’know, Wembley stadium.

3. Pizza Pilgrims, West India Quay
Pizza and football? A classic combination, surely. Pizza Pilgrims in east London is offering guests the ultimate Euros experience, with hundreds of tickets available so that you can fuel your night with unlimited pizza and drink bundles. 4. Pop Brixton, Brixton
Sport your colours at one of the most colourful venues in south London for the long-awaited Euro 2020. At Pop Brixton, you can watch every England match on their huge 2m x 3.5m outdoor screen. Oh yeah, you can also munch down on some street food and sink down a side of cocktails whilst you’re there too. Sounds ideal, really.

5. Oval Space, Shoreditch
Oval Space is best known for attracting world class DJs, but it also has a cheeky side hustle as one of the best spots in London for live sport. As Euro 2021 starts it will be one of the hottest places in the capital to gather, with huge screens and a first-rate sound system. Best of all – all tickets bought automatically come with two pints and pie! Just the most London way imaginable to celebrate the Euros.

6. Vauxhall Food and Beer Garden, Vauxhall
Vauxhall Food & Beer Garden is renowned for its bustling vibe and stellar line-up of food and drink vendors. Make the most of the atmosphere by hunkering down here with all your mates for this years’ Euros. 8. The Temperance, Fulham
This place has got it right. With a screen at every single table in the venue, you won’t miss a moment of the England game. And you also won’t be having your personal space invaded by a bunch of hooligans with started drinking wayyyy too early. The Temperance prides itself on catching every football match from Premier League to FA Cup, which are shown on its top range plasma screens via Sky and BT sports.

9. Vinegar Yard, London Bridge
Vinegar Yard is one of those places that seems purpose built for occasions such as the Euros 2020. Teaming up with sportswear giant Adidas, the Yard is being kitted out with a huge screen and an even larger terrace to fit everybody on to. Located beside London Bridge Station, it’s perfect for City commuters who fancy catching the football rather than heading home to the place where they’ve been confined to for the last fourteen months.
