Social distanced events: What’s coming up?

If you’ve missed going out as much as we have, then you’ll be pleased to know that 2020 isn’t a complete write-off. Just as we thought our social lives were doomed - distanced events have saved the day.

Going out shouldn’t be scary, which is why we’ve rounded up the best events with COVID-safe guidelines in place:

Disco Bottomless Brunch @ Dog and Whistle

When?

26th September

2pm-4pm or 4.30pm-6.30pm

What to expect:

For £35, you can enjoy three courses and unlimited bubbles. This week's guest is under wraps for now, but to give you an idea of who it might be -last week it was Glitterbox's Smokin' Jo. You’ll be seated under beach umbrellas, fairy lights and disco balls – the perfect way to end your summer.

COVID-19 measures:

As well as having a one-way system – each ‘pod’ will seat a maximum of six people and have space surrounding them. There will be marshals to ensure social distancing takes place.

LoveJuice Backstage Opening Party @ E1 London

When?

Every Saturday from 3rd October

2.30pm-9.30pm

What to expect:

After months of patiently waiting, LoveJuice is finally back on stage for the first time since lockdown and will be every weekend. We can only expect good things – especially after hearing the line-up which includes Sammy Porter and Saffron Stone. Tickets start at £7.50.

COVID-19 measures:

Dance on Arrival: Winter Sessions and Friends @ The Cause

What to expect:

If their summer shows were anything to go by, we know you’ll have a great time. Located at The Cause in London - the stage and seating area are set in ‘tunnel underground vibes.’ They'll be serving street food, and a long list of cocktails will be waiting for you on arrival (including daiquiris, mojitos and pornstars). The tables will be fully heated, so there’s no need to worry about the cold. The tickets start at £25.
