‘Fuck Tha Police’ streams increase a whopping 272% during George Floyd protests’

N.W.A’s hit single was streamed 765,000 times in 48 hour period!

 

Over the collection of just two days, Sunday May 31 and Monday June, information providers for the Rolling Stone chats, Alpha Data, stated that the hit single of its time was streamed 765,000 times. The song ‘Fuck Tha Police’ back in 1988 was a lyrical protest of which many got behind to protest against police brutality. The song was so powerful and was joined in protest by so many that it forced the FBI to write a formal complaint to N.W.A’s record label.

 

Follow the deeply saddening death of 46 year-old, George Floyd, protests have been taking place in every single state in the nation. Sickening footage was released of the brutality in which Floyd was treated and ignored in demands of which George Floyd pleaded.
