Yet another festival cancelled in Barcelona, how will the festival season be affected in 2021?

 

 

Another one of Barcelona’s famous festivals bites the dust. Primavera Sound social accounts announced sadly announced the postponement of the long-awaited 20th anniversary event of 2021.

 

The festival has kindly offered either a refund on tickets or access to 2020’s event using the previously purchased ticket for this summer. This news comes just days after fellow music sensation festival Sonar was announced as postponed until 2021.

 

The question on everyone’s mind at this time of dullness is, how will the festival comeback next year?

 

Primavera have made sure that fans of the festival are not let down and have next year to be even more excited for! ‘They have promised that next year will be even more than just a 20th anniversary celebration and looks forward to everyone meeting and dancing together again’.
