Blissfields. The darling of the small festival circuit. If you have the pals, the love of good music and the wallet to back it up, Blissfields gives you everything you need to make you feel like you’re at a festival catered entirely to you. The last batch of tickets have gone out for sale and they are going like proverbial, weekend camping hotcakes so we advise you snag em quickly. You’ll then have glorious access to the relatively intimate, award winning boutique festival that’s snagged some serious late game talent. Dizzee Rascal himself is having a busy tour this summer, however he’s clocking in at Blissfields to headline the mainstage, with Mancunian ultra beasts Everything Everything carrying the torch on the following night. Blissfields 2016 is still releasing acts its colossal, six stages across two days line up so check it out here.

Today though, we are gonna talk to you about some of the legendary new camping options that Blissy has implemented this year and my word do we have some quality options. Since it’s humble origins in 2001, Blissfields has provided a relatively comfortable and luxurious alternative to the thronging masses of the likes of T and Glastonbury. Original boutique camping options are hard to find these days beyond the bog standard VIP camping areas and posh washes, to which Blissfields laughs in contempt as it unveils their new 2016 boutique camping plans. First and foremost, we have the Gypsy Bowtop Caravans. No, they’re not a new folkstomp quartet but rather an entirely new accommodation option. You need to get a look at these things. Inspired by the aesthetics of old horse drawn wagons - think California Goldrush - these fifteen foot long cabins of pine and organic cotton are the ultimate glamping option. Sporting full electricity, a double bunk bed, posh wash facilities, stove and hot cooking capabilties,  additional storage space, fine crockery and gypsy inspired pillows, duvets, blankets and linens, these things must be seen to be believed. If you have got the bank to afford the £780 price tag, you’ll live in your own personal gypsy haven before rolling out to three consecutive days of Blissfield madness.

On top of that, its worth pointing out the second of Blissfields new boutique options, however this is for those who’d prefer to invest their money staying out rather than staying in. The infamous, and fantastically named, Blisscoteque is the defacto club night come afterparty that rounds out the evening once the mainstage wraps up,hewn from a converted double decker bus that blares out ridiculous beats well into the wee hours of the morning. During the afternoon, however, for the first time, the top floor of the Blisscoteque bus is being rented out to a lucky private party. If you and 13 of your pals fancy reclining atop the bus while a waiter ferries you food and drink as you survey the whole arena and all the stages from atop your Blissco-castle then this is the option for you. If you’ve got the capital to afford the best seats in the house then check out the booking options here. Go quick as there are only four time slots to choose from. If you manage to snag em, give us a nod from atop your throne as we’ll be waving at you from among the peasantry. See you at the after party, your Majesty.
