Piece of shit didn't get to see section boys and no communication!! Won't be going again!!

Absolute joke of a festival!! Me and my brother took my little brother as he wanted to see Section Boyz. Missed Kygo on the main stage to get a good spot for Section Boyz in the Pepsi Max Arena (which is far too small for acts like that, people spilling out the tent and absolutely rammed inside). Waited until 9 (an hour after they were meant to be on) and nothing! No communication, no announcements, no nothing! Asked a few staff who were really quite rude and had no idea what... was going on! We are your customers and we paid good money to be here so a little bit of courtesy wouldn't hurt - condescending jobsworths. Saw a bit of BBK but we had to leave to make sure we could get the last train home. Paid £60 each for tickets to end up not seeing the act we actually went for. Absolutely shocking. Sick of paying a fortune for festivals for them to provide a disgusting service with no apology!! Nice one Wireless.
