Worst costumer service. When buying the booth no one informed me that at the entrance they would force me to buy alcohol for £150 even if I didn't want to. If not then you can't enter. I lost an hour talking to customer service under pressure. They gave up when I paid. Disappointment experience
they stole my phone and I went to security and they did. the phone is blocked and so far I don't have an answer to the email I sent a week ago. thief club.
Wouldn't recommend, a few staff were quite rude including the door bouncer who made out I had fake ID quizzing me... music wasn't too good on any floors, for my first night out I'm disappointed, atmosphere was judgey ended up leaving and going back to Yates.
