Here's my rundown: I rang to make a reservation- the staff member I spoke with was lovely!!! I discussed that the reservation was for a birthday meal and we exchanged some delightful banter.
On the day, we were taken to our table on time- a window table with a fabulous view of the setting sun and city. The customer service was impeccable, attentive yet unobtrusive. The restaurant was packed and music was playing- however the acoustics enabled us to speak and listen freely. The meal was superb as were the mocktails and the bathrooms were fantastic. Oh they also brought out a little birthday treat which a an amazing surprise!!!! Every item of food was scrumptious. Sure the evening was pricey BUT it was worth every penny. It made a special occasion truly special and I will definitely be back. You really must experience it for yourself
