Very aggressive door staff, apparently well known in the area for their flippant approach to lawful door management. They assaulted one of our guests at a Japanese language exchange event, causing injury, and dragged him down the street - the guest in question had not shown any aggression, was using his phone to call a cab and stood outside and away from the pub. Police were involved but due to the poor quality of their CCTV were not able to ascertain who was responsible - despite witness testimony from around 5 members of the event. No reason for that level of force, we will not be booking this space again.
