Enjoy an indoor base with your own table for the afternoon in the track-side Lancaster Room at the Gallow Sports Centre. This is a seat at a table only booking, no food is included in the price. The price is per person with children at a reduced rate.

The Lancaster Room is a comfortable space with large windows to two sides situated at the open ditch corner of the course.  You have uninturrupted views up the home run towards the finish line (you cannot see the finish line from this location) and there is a bar, tv screens showing the racing and betting facilities on site.

You can either purchase food from our mobile caterers or bring your own picnic to eat at your table. Drinks, hot and cold, can be purchased from the bar.

Your table is your area for the entire race day, open from an hour and a half before the first race until half an hour after the last, and you can come and go as you like.

This booking includes a Grandstand & Paddock ticket, which entitles access to the Parade Ring, Adrian Flux Bar and the main Grandstand. It does not include a Race Card and these can be purchased from the hut for £4 cash. 

Parking recommendation is the centre of the course - entrance NR21 7NY. For this entrance you show your tickets to gate staff whilst in your vehicle, so please have tickets ready (either printed or on your phone).

This is a child seat at the table for those aged 12 and under.

No food is included in this booking it is a space indoors and you can bring your own picnic or purchase food from the mobile caterers.

Children 17 and under are free to enter the racecourse and do not require a ticket.

Local chef Peter Longwell caters The Norfolk Coastal Kitchen in The Parde Ring Restaurant. He offers a two-course seasonal menu, with at least three options per course, and the option of afternoon tea.

The menu is:

Main course
- Slow cooked shoulder of lamb with pea puree and crushed new potatoes
- Roast aubergine ,with courgette peppers and pine nuts served with spiced couscous
- Roasted mackerel with char grilled purple sprouting broccoli ,boulangère potatoes and Whin hill cider sauce

Dessert
- Cardamon crème brulee with ginger biscuit
- Lemon cream tart with biscotti crumb
- Apple tart fine with cinnamon crème fraiche
- Local cheese board with artisan crackers
Grapes, celery and chutney

Afternoon tea can be added to your booking for £18 per person.

This restaurant is in the hub of the racecourse and overlooks the Parade Ring with a limited view of the track. There is a bar, screens showing live racing in the venue and betting just outside.

This price includes a Grandstand & Paddock badge and race card. If you are an Annual Member or would prefer a Day Member badge, please select the option without tickets.
